All Trainings are Held in our Signature Dry-Heat Studio Space
Every practice at Burning Wheel takes place in a carefully maintained dry-heat studio. Rather than relying on steam or humidity, our environment creates the conditions for focused training, deeper movement, and the disciplined pursuit of growth.
8-Limb Power Yoga
8-Limb Power Yoga is the foundational practice of the Burning Wheel Method. This heated class combines dynamic vinyasa flow, stationary postures, and guided breath to develop strength, mobility, focus, and resilience.
Rooted in the classical eight-limb framework of yoga, the practice integrates movement, breath control, meditation, and philosophical insight into a complete training system for body and mind. The method draws from traditional yogic teachings while incorporating a modern understanding of the human body and nervous system.
Each class includes dynamic vinyasa sequences, stationary postures, and a period of stillness in savasana, creating a balanced practice that challenges the body while settling the mind. While every session follows the core structure of the method developed by Burning Wheel founder Jordan Lashley, each instructor brings their own experience and perspective into the room.
Some classes may emphasize the physical postures, while others may introduce elements such as breath work, mantra, mudra, or brief philosophical reflection. Over time, students often discover the instructor whose teaching style resonates most strongly with their practice.

Master Class
Master Class represents the complete expression of the Burning Wheel Method. The word master does not refer to difficulty, but instead, to completeness—an all-encompassing practice that brings together breath, movement, concentration, and deep rest within a single training session.
The class begins with 15 minutes of guided breathwork and mantra to settle the mind and prepare the nervous system for practice.
From there, students move into 45 minutes of 8-Limb Power Yoga postures, practicing the foundational sequences that build strength, mobility, endurance, and focused attention.
The final 30 minutes transition into Yoga Nidra, a guided practice of deep relaxation often described as the state between waking and dreaming. During this portion, the heat is turned off, allowing the body to fully settle as the nervous system shifts into restorative rest.

Tai Chi Gung is a moving meditation that stresses the importance of breath, movement, and focus. Tai means grand; Chi is the vital life force flowing through all beings; Gung is the sacred temple of our bodies.
By focusing on slow, deliberate movement, practitioners cultivate true inner peace. Each motion becomes a meditation in itself- the mind quiets, anchoring you in the present moment as stress and anxiety melt away.
Experience improved balance and flexibility, reduced stress and anxiety, enhanced cardiovascular health, and a renewed sense of vitality through intentional movement and breath.
As your practice deepens, you'll cultivate greater focus and concentration through mindful, present-centered awareness while developing a profound sense of calm that extends beyond the studio and positively influences those around you.
