Low Heat, Slow Flow is a breath-centered, mindful practice in which movement becomes a form of meditation.
Guided by the rhythm of their breath, students are invited to move slowly through poses designed to stretch and strengthen the body.
8-Limb Power Yoga is a system of yoga based on the principles and practices outlined in the Yoga Sutras, the Bhagavad Gita, the Recognition Sutra, and the Hatha Yoga Pradipika. Each class consists of dynamic vinyasa flows, stationary postures, and blissful savasana.
This 60-minute class is perfect for busy people. It is a faster version of our classic 8-Limb Power Yoga flow.
This class includes all the invigorating poses but spends less time in each posture and fewer guided breathing exercises. You can still expect the full 8-Limb Power Yoga experience despite the more efficient time frame.

This class is a guided restorative and meditative practice that allows the students to both actively and unconsciously relax and destress the body and mind completely.
Inferno Hot Pilates is high-intensity interval training (HITT) based on Pilates principles. This class is high-intensity BUT low-impact, so it’s easier on your joints and muscles.
This class is a 60-minute, full-body workout in a heated room designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve overall health.

Monique Allen teaches this class for both the newcomer and the seasoned practitioner. We practice in a warm room (90+/-) and move at a moderate pace to curated music to allow for deeper instruction into the expression of the postures practiced in the 8-Limb Power Yoga Method.

8-Limb Power Yoga is a system of yoga based on the principles and practices outlined in the Yoga Sutras, the Bhagavad Gita, the Recognition Sutra, and the Hatha Yoga Pradipika. The knowledge of the ancient texts is integrated with today's modern scientific understanding of the human body and mind, forming the path of 8-Limb Power Yoga as taught at Burning Wheel Yoga School. It is a complete practice with the goal of achieving and maintaining mental and physical health, expansion of consciousness, and knowledge of the Self.
You will find that while each class consists of dynamic vinyasa flows, stationary postures, and blissful savasana, each instructor brings their own experience and personality into play when leading a class. Some instructors focus on the physical postures alone, while you might find yourself experiencing a brief lesson in mantras, mudras, or pranayama in another's class. It's important to find the instructor that resonates with you to achieve success in your yoga practice.

It's the perfect way to squeeze in a powerful workout on a busy schedule.

Guided Flow & Restore
Classes are suitable for all people of all body types and capabilities and can be attended by young people ages 8 and up.
Guided Flow & Restore combines all the practices in an 8-limb Power Yoga class plus 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra. Also known as the 'Psychic Sleep,' Yoga Nidra is taught by Jordan Lashley.
It is a guided restorative and meditative practice that allows the students to both actively and unconsciously relax and destress the body and mind completely.
This practice is attended in the position of supported savasana (lying on your back bolstered by blankets/towels/blocks). It is recommended that you bring a small pillow and a light blanket to class (read our FAQ for more information). It is a combination of deep physical relaxation and mental alertness. Students are guided through different mental exercises, visualizations, and spiritual meditations.
Yoga Nidra brings the practitioner to a place of deeply relaxed consciousness, the place between the waking world and the dreaming world, where self-healing and illumination may occur. Many students experience deep rest, feeling rejuvenated and refreshed while gaining clarity and increased psychic awareness. It has been scientifically proven that one hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 2 to 4 hours of deep, restful sleep.
