**Monique Allen** created [Yoga ACTIVATED™](https://www.burningwheelyoga.com/classes-pricing#yoga-activated), a practice that blends movement, breath, and self-inquiry to support midlife transformation. With roots in anatomy, the 8-limbs of yoga, and the natural rhythms of change, Monique guides students to explore transitions on the mat as a mirror for life.
Her teaching is grounded in decades of experience as a regenerative landscape designer and business mentor. She brings a rare combination of clarity, compassion, and curiosity to her classes — inviting students to inhabit liminal space, build strength and awareness, and take inspired action off the mat.
