Angela was introduced to yoga early in life through her interest and studies of ancient European and Eastern spiritual traditions. As a teenager, she learned hatha yoga postures and breathing exercises from books and in the early 2000's she began a journey through power yoga and heated vinyasa. It wasn’t until she was introduced to Dharma Yoga in 2015 that she developed a need to share yoga with others, becoming a certified Registered Dharma Yoga Instructor.
As an adult, Angela suffered from chronic illness and turned to yoga and nutrition to help heal her body. Even after years of a hot yoga practice and living on a restricted diet, she was still suffering greatly from fibromyalgia, chronic migraines, and constant stomach problems. Everything changed when her close friend, Boston tattooer Deirdre Doyle suggested she try Dharma Yoga. It started with a DVD and ended with an intensive 10 day teacher training immersion in NYC, months of internship work at home, a new understanding of her body and control over her chronic pain and illness. She learned directly from the legendary yoga master Sri Dharma Mittra, who has been teaching students at his NYC studio for over 50 years.
Angela’s passion is bodywork, and she has been in practice since 1998. Her intuitive nature, personal experience with chronic pain and injury, and many years of practical experience in the field of massage therapy and energy work allow her to craft effective therapeutic sessions for each individual to address their specific needs. Angela is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master, and has received education in several different modalities of massage and energy work.

Strength, flexibility, balancing on one foot, balancing your emotional state, your mental perspective, your life... we are at our best when we achieve as much balance as possible.” He is forever grateful to his wife, Angela, for bringing him to the mat several years ago to discover his own balance. He strives to incorporate all facets of balance into his life, everyday, in his favorite role as Dad to daughter, Penelopi.
Jordan teaches HOT yoga with a powerful dynamic flow throughout the class.
